车务在线App 实现用车到还车整套操作流程，包含车辆位置，车辆轨迹，用车申请，任务查看，任务记录，应急派车，审批，调度，出车，还车，记录费用，以及评价等功能。
注意:此程序需要获取用户的地理位置信息用于线路规划导航
持续运行GPS功能会缩短电池寿命
如果不打开定位，可能会影响导航功能的使用，所以在不使用App 的情况下，建议完全退出App
