通过初中高三级对拌合站超标盘数和超标率进行监控，可以对生产查询数据，超标查询数据，材料核算数据进行实时监控
2.生产查询
生产数据：主要对沥青出料温度，油石比，沥青量等相关数据进行监控
日产量：主要对沥青采集产量和盘数进行监控
材料用量：通过实际用量图，误差率图和核算表对材料用量详细数据进行监控
3.数据统计
主要对季度总产量和沥青混合料生产超标率进行统计
4.待处置报警
分初级，中级，高级和总量对沥青材料具体配比参数进行监控
