服务保障：银康E护可提供服务对象身份认证、服务人员定位追踪、个人隐私和信息安全保护、服务行为全程留痕追溯等。
保险保障：银康E护为上门服务的康护人员及接受服务的患者购买责任险、医疗意外险和人身意外险。
