系统包括梁场加工管理子系统和钢构厂加工管理子系统。
其中梁场加工管理子系统将着重对梁场预制件的加工过程的质量、进度进行管理。质量管理主要对工序的质量验收、预应力张拉监控等主要工序的质量控制；进度管理主要为吊装计划管理、各期任务下达等。通过加工过程的数据登记，可以在后期对预制件的数据进行溯源。并保证预制件的质量得到有效的控制。
钢构厂加工管理子系统将会对钢构厂的预制加工作业进行全方面管理，包括下料图管理、原材料进场管理及抽检管理、零件下料管理、焊缝的质量管理、质量验收资料以及进度的管理。通过对预制加工过程的数据登记，使用户可以在几万个零件和单元件中准确快速的溯源各工序的数据。系统还会对加工过程的数据进行分析并提供预警。辅助项目现场的管理。
