With the new update, the eaglefit EMS app has been expanded to the effect that - provided the appropriate hardware is available - training can be performed with several people at the same time. This is very useful in studio or club sports.
The app offers the option of individual training, in which personal training can be carried out with 1 to 4 participants by one trainer, and there is the option of group training, in which group training - such as spinning or dance - can be carried out with up to 10 people at the same time. The participants can train in different frequency ranges with different intervals or synchronized and still with the individual settings
