The user can apply himself/herself for a Job or choose real estate or choose an Investment plan which is available in the EarnOn Application. After giving the user's details, the EarnOn backend team will initiate the process.


The Process will be: Our EarnOn team will be contacting the User and scheduling an Interview if it is a 'Job', Explaining to the user about the Investment plan or Property, and explaining the purchase procedure if it is a 'Housing' or an 'Investment' Plan. All the processes will be done by the backend team of EarnOn by contacting the particular Applier / Referred Candidate.



How the user will get the Referral Amount:

As soon as the user refers someone for a Job / RealEstate / Investment, the EarnOn Backend team will contact that particular candidate and start the process. when that referred candidate gets selected for the referred job or Buys the Investment or Property from the Housing then that referral amount will be transferred to the user's bank account directly via Internet Banking or UPI ID.
