Using this unique and helpful app, agents or builders can sell or rent their properties in no time. Besides, it helps in lead management, staff management, and other real estate-related activities.
The app serves as a bridge between builders and agents. it assists in fetching potential leads. Some of the amazing features of this app are as follows:
1) Lead management: Using Easy GharOffice app, property builders and agents can manage their customers with ease. Users can store and retrieve essential information about each lead. Also, they can call their customers and chat with their staff at the same time. Plus, it assists in scheduling appointments, reminders, and taking notes regarding meeting with every client that can be checked by the user. Moreover, a user has the choice to assign his/her leads to other staff, he can edit the leads and check the status of assigned leads anytime.
2) Staff management: A property manager or business owner can check the activities done by each employee and also can check the marked attendance. Moreover, user can scrutinize the status of each lead assigned to the subordinates anytime.
3) Office Address Setting: The Property manager needs to set the office location on the app, and the attendance will be considered only when an employee registers in the circumference of 40 to 100 meters from the location.
4) Add new lead: After finding a new customer, the user can enter detailed information about the requirements and take important notes regarding the follow-up meeting.
5) Staff attendance: The staff of a property manager or company can use this app to mark his attendance every day. Staff can mark the attendance within the premises or other location. For this, they need to allow navigation feature (GPS enable) from the app.
6) To Do: Users can create, edit, and delete the tasks from the to-do list. It is just like sticky notes that will help them to remember important tasks.
7) Manage Property: Using this app, the property owner can post his properties with an adequate description. After this, the posted property will be visible to hundreds of suitable customers who might contact him for further inquiry.
8) Change password: As like website, we are providing a change password facility to application users with this release, now user can easily change their login password from mobile application as well where they had to use the website to update their password.
9) New Section for Owners: In earlier versions of the application we have two types of users first is a broker and another one is builder, with this release we have introduced owner type of users, who will be able to maintain their own property, and their leads.
