EBF Contacts
What is it about?
The EBF Contacts app makes it easier to reach colleagues on iOS devices. The app fetches contacts from Exchange Online and On-Premise and also HubSpot, uses encryption to save them locally on the device and synchronizes regularly. The app thereby enables the relevant information about colleagues to be displayed, making it possible to identify internal callers. The name of the caller is displayed for incoming calls from contacts within your own organization even without having to maintain data manually. This allows a strict separation of personal und business contact data.

EBF Contacts uses the SMS Fraud Extension, if the user activates it. This makes the company contacts information available in the iOS phone app to display the name and other information about a caller. EBF Contacts does not block phone numbers or messages. CallKit must not be enabled to use the app. The user can skip this step on initial use.
