App Store Description

eBidLaw is an auction platform where lawyers and other legal professionals bid to handle your cases or legal transactions so you can easily select the professional who best suits your budget and needs.

With eBidLaw, you can post a description of your situation and the professional responds by bidding the lowest price and terms to represent you. You can pose questions and obtain clarification from the bidders. When the bidding ends, you can select the most appropriate bidder.

Attorneys and other professionals also can use the application to post their own requirements for legal support when they need additional services to complement their clients’ needs, such as temporary help for paralegals, court reporters and others. Qualified applicants can then bid for the position.

The process is simple. You provide your location and the type of legal help you require, including bankruptcy, contract, divorce, immigration, will/trust/probate, criminal defense, DUI/DWI, real estate or personal injury. When the bidding ends, you select the winning bid based on your assessment of the services and costs provided by the bidders, such as the one with the lowest fee, the one with the most experience, or perhaps the one with the lowest bid located closest to you.

Bidders can post a flat fee, an hourly rate, an hourly rate with a maximum not to exceed a certain amount, or an hourly fee with an estimated total cost. Bidders can also filter client offerings based on the their expertise, such as bankruptcy or divorce or the location of the client.

The application is free for potential clients. There is no charge to post a legal case or issue or to receive bids from qualified legal professionals in your area. Legal professionals provide a brief background summary and are charged a small transaction fee in order to submit their bids.
