EBO support does not have the ability to access, restore or recover your account or the cryptocurrency in your account.

EBO support will never ask you for your 12-Word-Recovery-Phrase.

MAKE SURE TO STORE YOUR 12-WORD-RECOVERY-PHRASE IN A SAFE PLACE.

To restore your EBO account, simply delete and re-download EBO, then restart EBO and use “Import Account” to enter your 12-Word-Recovery-Phrase to restore your account.
