For users who face accidents, it helps them to notify and get assistance from the nearest tow-
operators (callmen) or workshops.

For users who face car breakdown, it will only provide them with insurance hotline number so

A directory providing users with a list of emergency services and corresponding contact
numbers, including police, hospital and fire department.
