EchoTrace can collect following contexts and sensor data, while the app is in the background:
- Movement Habits – by collecting Geolocation (GPS) and Device motion (Accelerometer derived data)
- Device Usage Habits – by collecting Charging state and Screen state behaviors
- Stress detection – by collecting Physiological data supported by HealthKit
- Environment and Mood Disrupters – by collecting Ambient Noise (Speaker Features) from the device’s audio; and Air Quality supported by HomeKit
** NOTE **
This application uses a location sensor in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
In addition, this app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.
