What is it about?
ECRM is a property services management application that automates the three core business processes in the property services industry – Request management, Inspection management and Reporting. The iOS mobile apps are to be used for doing inspections at the operation sites. The inspection templates created and assigned to specific operations will be displayed in the mobile app when the user selects the respective operation. The inspection is conducted using the template and saving it shall send it to the ECRM server after which it can be viewed by the admin, CSR and client.
