ECTTC Thetha Nathi Citizen app brings the service to the hands of the Eastern Cape
citizens through mobile technology. The app is a tool that assist in improving ECTTC
services by reporting incidents, as well as a platform for greater engagement and
communication with the ECTTC organization and its representatives. The app allows
