The edrone Inbox app integrates all the key channels through which your customers contact you:

- Email - manage email messages directly from the app
- Live Chat - instantly respond to chats from your website
- Facebook Messenger - handle messages without having to log into Facebook
- WhatsApp - full integration with the official WhatsApp Business API
- Allegro - questions from Allegro customers go straight to your Inbox

No more switching between different apps and platforms! Now all conversations are available in one place, streamlining your workflow and significantly reducing response time.

Replying to messages in edrone Inbox is simple and similar to using popular instant messaging apps. Select a conversation, write a reply and hit send – it will be delivered through the same channel the customer wrote from.

The application is free for edrone customers – all you need is an active account in the system. Log in using the same credentials you use in the browser version, and the app will automatically sync with your account and display all current customer conversations.

Note: Integration of communication channels (e.g. Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp) must be configured in advance through the edrone administration panel in the browser.
