Product upgrade feature description:
1, add a message module, convenient nBR administrator and taxpayer communication. NBR administrators can quickly create groups to communicate with each other. With this module, NBR administrators and taxpayers can also view contact lists. If the taxpayer wants to contact the NBR administrator for assistance, he or she can choose the NBR administrator to call and send an instant message.
2, add notification module, to facilitate NBR administrators to publish notifications and NBR policy information, for taxpayers to view.
3, add the "online database" module, to facilitate NBR administrators and taxpayers to view and download tax information. Administrators can share tax information through the management system.
Note: Our applications integrate with tax management systems. For some tax information, it will be handled by the administrator through the tax management system. Our application goal is to build bridges between NBR administrators and taxpayers.
