Efficient Tracker is a productivity timer and tracker that improves work quality and stay focused. Maximize work efficiency while avoiding burnout.
How does it work?
You select the topic you want to work on, then the timer will start for 25 minutes and you will complete the task. Then rest for 5 minutes to delay the time. After completing 4 of these key work sessions, please extend the 30-minute break to reduce burnout and focus on busy workdays.
