This is a real way of making music, not a game with a score. You can record your performances and email them to friends or family. Can be used by children as young as two (under supervision!).
Your phone or iPad speakers are not good enough to fully appreciate the quality of the piano sounds. Headphones or a plug in speaker work best (there is too much lag with a bluetooth connected device)
The internet has a huge range of free midi music files available. Not all are suitable for EffortlessMusic. Please see the advice webpage on the app.
Plug in a midi keyboard for the most natural way of performing.
There are three levels of control. With the simplest you can play with just one finger- or two if you want to use the sustain 'pedal'. The next level gives you more fine control of your performance and the third (only available for some pieces) allows you to play left and right hand parts separately.
