This app is intended for users 21 or older and can only be used at Harrah’s Resort SoCal.

USAGE:
This tag is to be used for nationally produced items that will run in all markets, not property or jurisdictionally-specific pieces. For instance, the TR brand brochure, tier renewal creative, the Millionaire Maker prize spot on Wheel of Fortune, etc. The property-specific tag should continue to be used for property-specific mailings and collateral.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Please note that the RG tag must be in a font that is at least the same size as the majority of the text used in the advertisement or 2% of the height or width, whichever is greater, of the advertisement or in the case of billboards in a font that is at least 5% of the height or width, whichever is greater, of the face of the billboard.

If used on TV, the message must be visible throughout the entire advertisement.

The large text rectangle must comprise an area equal to 1/20 of the entire advertisement's height and extend across the entire width of the advertisement. The toll-free telephone number and accompanying letters must be sized to utilize the entire area within the rectangle. All letters accompanying the toll-free telephone number shall be in capital letters and the same size as the toll-free telephone number. The toll-free telephone number and letters shall appear in conspicuous and legible type in contrast by typography, layout, or color with all other printed material on the advertisement.

In the case of billboards, the large text rectangle containing the toll-free telephone number must be a part of the billboard itself and not a separate add-on to the frame.

If the advertisement DOES NOT specifically mention Horseshoe Baltimore, the universal tagline is acceptable without the MD language. However, anything specific to Horseshoe Baltimore or that mentions UBA will need to have the MD messaging in the universal tag.
