EG Notify

eg notify™ gives clarity to Management in back office operations; providing a single view of all operational resources whether they are based in an office, at home or in the field.

eg notify™ provides real-time KPI and SLA performance dashboards, as well as configurable notifications and alerts which can be received in eg notify™ on devices in-app as native iOS notifications to help promote visibility within the workforce to achieve faster and more accurate customer service. Amongst others, these alerts can be configured to notify the user:

• If work is nearing or in breach of service level agreements
• If Team working adherence falls below a certain percentage
• If a work item has been allocated to the user.

Using eg notify™ Managers and Team Leaders can also access vital Management Information, such as attendance, SLA target performance, throughput and process adherence from wherever they are in the world for full visibility of how all aspects of operations are performing in their absence; thus ensuring mobile workers are compliant with company procedures even when out of the office.

A KPI dashboard is configurable to highlight business priorities specific to the user’s preference. This dashboard can also show figures from previous days, weeks or months.
Using eg notify™ it is also possible to send and receive messages from the company to all workers, either from eg work manager® or from device to device in-app, to promote collaboration amongst workers on the move.
