Patient Portal App provides patients a window into their own health data by making patient records available on mobile as well as desktop devices, and by giving them the possibility to upload and share additional health data with their care team, due to an implemented, advanced authorization system. Further eHealth functionalities can be made available directly from Patient Portal, such as virtual visit, appointment scheduling, prior tasks for appointments and direct communication with patient's care team.
