eID-TagPlus

App was designed to allow parents, teachers, students, coaches, players, baby-sitters, church directors or anyone who would like to make an Emergency ID of themselves or someone else. App allows you to create the ID and share it with anyone with a matter of clicks.

To Create an ID you simply start the App and click the Add Pic button to add a picture. Then simply fill in the Name, DOB, Allergies, Medicines, Medical History, and In Case of Emergency Name and Phone Number and click Create ID. Once you receive conformation that your ID has been created you can click on View ID and select it from the list if you want to view it. View ID also allows you to select previously made ID's if you have multiple children or multiple ID's. If you want to send your ID to someone via Text Message simply press the Text ID button and fill in the send to information (Please note that you will have to tap twice on the message information area and select Paste to have the ID Appear) and press send. If you want to send your ID via Email simply press the Email ID button and fill in the send to information and press send. If you are creating an ID and make a mistake just press Clear to start over. App was designed with simplicity and easy in mind.
