Quick Steps to get your clothes cleaned on a few taps on the screen -
1. Download the eLaundry App
2. Login using your phone number.
3. We offer 4 primary options for you to get your stuff serviced, namely:
i) One Touch Request:- In this type you need to select your desired address using either your current location or any of the existing ones and confirm your order and then we will summon at your door, you just need to communicate withus regarding your request after that we will pick your order and further process of servicing your cloth will be done as per your convenience and you can track your order in the app. It uses location to get nearest services and to add address
ii) Custom Cloth Selection:- Customer will select his/her cloth and services and then he/she can proceed with placing order and you can track your order after ordering.
iii) Package Cost Selection:-
We offer Packages in which Customer will be given a bag size with specific amount depends on package.
iv) WhatsApp Order:- We offer WhatsApp order in which you can directly communicate with our staff regarding your order and after your order is being placed you can track you order.
