App Store Description

Both parties earn interest income, funders invest in risk free government financial instruments that earn interest and are tax deductible, while investors invest in debt issued by funders at an agreed rate on the platform.

Investors find funding groups and earn interest income investing in the debt issues of funders backed by risk free government securities. Funders start a financial Fund with Friends. Create a group with the following parameters:

1. Fundraising goal for equity shareholding
2. Target contribution for each member
3. Number of days between member contributions
4. Number of contributions before cash pay-out

The equity shareholding funds raised are invested in risk free Government bonds. On our platform your friends lend their bonds to you and you can do the same. Such that you all get access to larger funds from investors as group assets are pooled together on the platform. This can be arranged in rotating format such that each member gets the pool of assets at each periodic contribution.
