Master Lock eLOTO is an easy-to-use, cloud-based software solution for writing and managing visual lockout procedures for machines and other types of equipment.
Master Lock eLOTO is comprised of a user-friendly procedure database and two mobile applications:
eLOTO Database:
• Accessed through a web browser, the database is used to create, manage and store visual lockout procedures
• Organize isolation point data collected via the eLOTO Writer App
• Exported to Microsoft Word for additional editing, to annotate equipment and lockout point images, and for printing
• Upload visual procedures in Microsoft Word back into the database to make available for viewing and printing by others
• Manage dates and tasks associated with equipment and authorized employee audits
• Export all procedure and audit information to Microsoft Excel
eLOTO Writer Mobile Application:
• Allows users with a tablet to collect machine-specific at the equipment location
• User interface utilizes drop-down menus to ensure the lockout details are thorough and consistent with the energy source
• Capture photos of the machine and each energy isolation point
eLOTO Inspector Mobile Application
• Used to audit lockout procedures and personnel
• Collect information and findings while observing the execution of the procedure
• Data from the eLOTO Inspector App syncs with the user database and initiates and required follow-up
