Emma use available utility consumption data (electricity, water & gas) to provide remedial advice on a day +1 basis. Unlike older rules-based systems Emma turns your data from each of these utilities into information that provide insight into what energy is being consumed for and why. For example, water consumption normally indicates occupancy which would account for why power is being used on a day when the building is not normally occupied. Equally certain patterns of water use indicate a leak.

Advice is prioritised as a function of saving vs cost of implementation (money and time), so the biggest cost and easiest to remedy faults and opportunities are at the top of the ‘to do’ list.
