EMMA Care

EMMA Care is an app designed for patients, who use EMMA Care system.

EMMA Care allows you to be in touch with your doctor at any moment. The app allows for remote appointments and constantly monitors your health.

The system allows patients to:

• Receive individual treatment plans and track prescriptions completion.
• Set up personal notifications.
• Input measurement values manually (using health devices, directly through your phone via Bluetooth) or receive data from Apple Health.
• The first time you enter the Measurements section, EMMA Care will ask you to access your health data and prompt you to select categories (such as Weight, Body Temperature, Heart Rate, etc.) that can be transferred from Apple Health to the EMMA Care app.
• Receive alerts on health indicators that go beyond threshold values.
• Collect and store information about patient’s well-being basing on regular surveying and medical analysis of indicators within the app.
• Enter the data about disease symptoms that allows doctors to identify further treatment plans.
• Schedule a video appointment online.
• Stay in touch with the doctor via the built-in messenger.
