Empass Hire is a screening solution that can save precious time and cost incurred by recruiters and employers for entry to mid-level hiring.

The app uses an AI-based algorithm to grade & assess any applicant on four key areas
1. Video test (facial emotions)
2. Audio test (for voice sentiment)
3. Technical test (domain or functional knowledge & skills)
4. Aptitude test (Verbal, Quantitative and Analytical)

Recruiters/Employers do not have to invite candidates for in-person meetings unless they meet the minimum criteria. If this step is done well, the cost of hiring and associated cost of bad hires can be reduced by over 40%.

Candidates are free to apply for a job and complete their screening assessment without having to travel.

Employers can invite applicants to take the test remotely, generate a leaderboard of all applicants without crunching data or reviewing every candidate individually.

Decide the questions you want the applicants to respond to in a selfie-video interview. All 4 tests are machine graded and ranked in order of the scores (sponsors can decide the weightage of each test)
to eliminate non-serious and unsuitable applicants without having to spend time.

A comprehensive dashboard provides opportunity to supplement it with the ATS (applicant tracking system) results, invite applicants, review and force-rate an applicant if machine results don't appear correct to a human expert interviewer.

Easily share the applicant performance information with other panelists to ensure seamless hiring process.
