Empifany is designed to help you learn, understand and navigate your emotions.
Learn about your emotions and expand your emotional intelligence through psychiatrist and therapist-approved lessons and microtasks. Understand the different ways to process and fully experience your emotions through meditative stories and asynchronous sessions with professionals. Navigate the path of your mental health journey with a supplement to traditional therapy and CBT methods.
Empifany has been created and approved by mental health care professionals to guide you down the path to emotional and mental wellness.
Not sure where to start? Pick from the emotion wheel and explore new ways to process and understand that emotion more deeply. Every emotion you select takes you through a series of guided sessions, written, delivered and approved by experienced mental health care professionals.
Each session is ten minutes long and will leave you with the tools to understand and process your emotions in healthier and more productive ways. Go through the sessions at your own pace from the comfort of wherever you are; no need to schedule appointments or visit an office. With new series uploaded monthly, there will always be something to help you along the next steps on your path.
Empifany allows you to journal your experiences and emotions right in the app. Each session will prompt you to think about what was discussed and jot some feelings or notes down in your Empifany Journal. Entries are automatically dated and can be edited at any time, so if something notable happens after your initial entry or you listen to another session later that day, you can add it to that day’s entry.
Unlike traditional journaling apps, Empifany has no writing prompts to fill or journaling requirements to meet. Feel free to record and keep track of your emotions and progress in ways that work for you.
Worried about others accessing your journal or reading what you write? All journal entries are private and can only be accessed by you from your Empifany account. Keep your thoughts and feelings organized and share them only when and how you want.
