With the Empower Lifestyle & Fitness app, you will receive personalized nutrition plans designed to help you meet your goals as well as individualized training programs based on your level of fitness and equipment availability (home gym or commercial gym). The training programs are clearly explained with additional education and exercise demonstrations within the app. A daily habit checklist is built for each client and an in-app chat feature is available for consistent lines of communication with Coach Eddray. This app is your all in one app for tracking your progress and having an experience coach monitor your progress to help you stay on track and reach your goals.
