Empower Simcoe is a multi-service agency that provides a wide range of programs & services for children, teens and adults who have an intellectual disability. The agency also supports pre-school children and their families, including the EarlyON Child and Family Centres in Barrie, Innisfil and Bradford. Empower Simcoe is also the lead agency for Regional Housing Support Services related to affordable housing and emergency funding to members of Simcoe County.
