Before your flight, in your flight, after your flight, adjust your biological clock.
20 min exercices all the 2 hours during your travel.

Created to avoid the jet lag’s effects using energy points on your body, this technic helps you to regulate your biological clock on the time of your destination. All the energy points have to be hold every two hours 5 or 6 times. If the exercise is difficult to be done in the plane, practice it before leaving or when you are arrived.

12 positions shown by enjoyUrStay need to be held during 30 seconds each all the two hours of your flight or after. The order of the points is calculated by enjoyUrStay and have to be strictly followed for the efficiency of your exercise.
