Enliven Patient Support App

The Enliven App is designed to help patients keep track of their Enbrel doses (injections); it also allows them to set/track personal goals. The App includes:
• A calendar: patients can record doses/sites of injection, and enter events into their personal calendar.
• A goal tracker: patients can enter personal treatment goals and track any changes.
• A contact function: patients can call Enliven directly from the App, send an email to Enliven or visit the website.
• Injection alerts: patients can activate/deactivate injection alerts that help to remind them of upcoming doses/injections.
• Settings: patients can change details about their treatment schedule and activate or deactivate their injection alerts.
A code is required to access the contents of the App (provided when the patient registers for the Enliven program). Patients own all of the data entered; it is held securely on each individualdevice and cannot be shared with other devices.
With the user’s consent, the App will anonymously track the
number of site/page visits and the time spent viewing each page via Google Analytics. The goal of this is to improve future versions of the App. No user activity will be tracked without the user’s explicit consent.
