A property inspection is a visual inspection of a building carried out by fully qualified professionals trained and experienced in evaluating buildings and their components.

Our inspection app aims at inspecting property for sales where in the features includes OCA Inspectors from O’Connor Associates to Sign in , Choose the property for inspection from our BIG DATA DB, Initiate the inspection with predefined templates ,schedule an inspection , capturing the visual images through camera into mobile app ,records other related components in the templates ,submits to the administrators where in evaluation is done via web application. Rapid inspection is being completed with our app in connection with property sale.

Once the inspection is completed by OCA Inspectors for a specific property, the data is shared to the administrators of O’Connor associates where in the Inspection report is being reviewed and evaluated. Post to the inspection, the OCA inspector will be available for any clarifications.
