The EPIC workout tracker is provided by W8Land.com, free of charge, and allows users to log their efforts whilst progressing through the, now-infamous, EPIC programs provided, also free of charge, by Caroline Girvan on YouTube.
These programs consist of a one-week beginner program for you to prepare yourself for the subsequent programs. Some choose to repeat this multiple times before delving into one of the later, 10-week, programs.
Both EPIC I and EPIC II are 10-week programs. Like the Beginner program that preceded it, consist of five workout days per week - many require no equipment but, for the rest, the staple piece of equipment needed is dumbbells.
Whilst we, at W8LAND, are not linked to Caroline Girvan in an official capacity, we would like to, along with her many followers, offer our most sincere gratitude for creating the EPIC workout programs. These programs are of the highest quality and the lack of cost has meant that they have changed the lives of many people across the world without concerns for affordability.
