All the prices quoted on our epoints shop include delivery costs so there are no unexpected surprises when you go to checkout. Everything is delivered right to your door directly by the source retailer. As orders are fulfilled by the source retailer, you also keep any product guarantees that you would have received shopping direct and returns are a doddle.

Epoints, the flexible digital currency
All items in the epoints online shop are purchasable using epoints, the digital currency where every 200 epoints is equal to £1. There are a number of ways that you can get your hands on epoints, including:

- Buying epoints directly
The quickest and simplest way to get enough epoints to make a purchase is simply to buy a bundle directly from us. We do not add any additional charges to the purchase so the price that you pay for epoints is equal to the value you receive.

- Receiving epoints as a gift
Epoints members can gift epoints to friends and family (even if they're not a registered epoints member) simply by sending an epoints digital ecard. Better than any old gift card, gifting someone epoints allows them to choose something they truly want and they'll even get the 10% discount off the retailer price of whatever they choose so your gift goes even further!

- Winning epoints by playing games
We have a number of games on the epoints app which can be played each day for the chance to win epoints and other prizes. Whether you want to try your luck spinning the epoints wheel each day or can master the Pet Hop leaderboard, our games will keep you coming back for more.

- Shopping direct with other retailers
Although we've tried to cover as many bases as we can with product shop range, we admit that not everything you could wish to buy is available in our online shop (yet!). However, that doesn't mean you can't still collect epoints for those purchases - from your weekly food shop to your next holiday, we will award epoints for every £1 you spend at selected other retailers. Simply click through from the "Collect" area of our app to the retailer of your choice, shop as usual and we'll add the epoints to your account.
