EQJ Court Live Case Board Pune

The EQJ Court Live Case Board app exclusively provides information related to cases filed in the Pune District which are heard by the Honbl. Additional Collector's Court.

This App is useful for disseminating information related to cases to Citizens, Litigants, Lawyers, Government Agencies and other Institutional Litigants.

In this app, the live cases are shown under identifiable separate color with different caption viz. cases waiting for hearing, waiting for next immediate hearing, case hearing going on, cases heard and kept back on current date basis.

Honorable Additional Collector of The Pune District hears the court 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in the court hall of Honorable Additional Collector's Office, Pune. Appeals are made in this Court on the orders of the Sub-Divisional Officers of the whole Pune District. About 60 to 70 cases are handled every day and for each case 2 lawyers, and 4 other parties together 6 to 7 people are present per case. All these parties and lawyers have to travel from the various corners of Pune district (about 100 km). Since the parties and lawyers have no idea what time their hearing will be held, so on every day when the court is held, there is a huge crowd gathering in the premises of the Additional Collector's Office and the Collector's Office since morning.

Since April 2020, the court was completely closed due to nationwide lockdown. From September 2020 onwards, Hon. Court proceedings have been started as per the order of the Divisional Commissioner, Pune. But in order not to crowd as per the government order, as well as to follow the rules of social distancing, it is planned to create an app to make the parties and lawyers understand the facts of court work from their mobile phones. With regards to this principle, an app called EQJ COURT LIVE CASE BOARD, PUNE has been created.

Using this app, the concerned parties, lawyers, and other people related to the case can have the information handy on their hand phones regarding which case is currently been heard by The Hon. Additional Collector, Pune along with the information on which case is currently pending to be heard.

The most important feature of this app is the probable hearing time of their cases, the next date, whether the hearing will be held today or not, and all other information. This will help in reducing the congestion and chaos of people and concerned parties in the Additional Collector's office and Collector's office premises.

Large TV screens have been set up at three places in the Collectorate, Pune area (One TV screen is in the canteen, second is in front of the Additional Collector's Office, and third is at reception area at the main entrance of the Pune Collectorate) hence the parties and lawyers are being encouraged to save their as well Collector office's time by downloading the app in their mobiles.

This is the first time such a live board and app is being launched in Maharashtra and the entire country and the public will continue to benefit from this app.
