Equa Delta

Equa Delta is a resident app solution that helps property managers streamline their relations with residents. As a property manager, you would use the Equa Delta app, while residents would use a separate app. Equa Phi is our default resident app, and you can also request your own branded resident app. Check our website for details.

DOCUMENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
* Send documents and announcements to your residents. Announcements have an expiration date, whereas documents do not.
* Dictate or type your text inside the app, or simply indicate the URL of an external content such as a Google Drive file.
* Send to a single building, a group of buildings, or all your managed buildings.

WORK ORDERS
* Receive work orders from your residents.
* Record your progress in handling work orders. Set the work order status and append a text note.
* If you need more information about a work order, simply copy the sender’s email address and start an email conversation.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES
* Activate the time slot reservation function for your residents by indicating the presence of common laundry facilities in your buildings.
* For each facility, choose a reservation calendar from predefined models.

SUBSCRIPTION
* Try Equa Delta for free for 14 days.
* Purchase a low-cost subscription depending on the size of the managed real estate. Available plans are suitable for up to 10 team members, and up to 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000, or 10,000 habitation units.
* Prices are on the order of US$ 0.40 (40¢) per habitation unit per year.
