In order to support inspection, this apps records equipment operation sounds such as transformers and pumps and visualizes sound by performing Fourier transform.

Please check with the inspector yourself whether various abnormalities occur in the equipment form various data. We will not make a judgement with this apps.

- recording -
Select the recording time from 5sec, 10sec, 15sec, 20sec, record for the specified time, and display the waveform and sound volume. The volume of the sounds is calculated based on the minimum sound volume that can be recorded.

- analysis -
We cut out the number of set data of recorded waveform data, perform Fourier transform over all the recorded periods, averaged the power and displayed the spectrum.

- Save -
Save screen display to photo album.

- Configuration -
You can set the setting related the Fourier transform, the setting related the spectrum display, the setting of the number to display the peak frequency, and the allowable error when judging whether the peak frequency is a harmonic overtone component of the power frequency. If the equipment is a transformer, it is judged whether or not it is a harmonic overtone component.

- Specifications -
You can set the type of equipment and power frequency.Also, if the equipment is a motor you can set the rotation speed.
