App Store Description

Inspired by Ansel Adams Zone System and classic handheld spot meters, this application offers a simple, yet flexible approach to the light metering. If you like to control your exposures and enjoy the craft of manual process, this tool is for you!

The exposure bar resembles traditional mechanical scales, which display a broad spectrum of matching apertures and shutter speeds. Touch the red button to put the current EV reading into the calculator and update the values on the scale. Manually increase or decrease the EV number to compensate exposure for polarizing and color filters or to move the exposure toward lighter or darker tones.

Above the standard average metering mode, this tool features a spot metering. Touch the target button to zoom on the center of the viewfinder and meter only what is in the red square.

The application works in ISO, ranging from 50 to 6400, shutter speeds from 1/1000 second to 1 minute, and apertures from f/1.4 to f/360. All the calculations are performed with a half-step accuracy.
