We all lead busy lives with increasing time pressures. At Evans Pharmacy, we understand that ordering the right medicines at the right time and repeat prescription management for yourselves and your loved ones can be a challenge and take longer than you think.

That is why we have introduced the Evans Pharmacy app. Its simple to use, safe and convenient allowing you to feel in control of your medicine management and if appropriate the medicines of your family members.

Medicine Management
The app has been designed so that you can safely record all your own and your family members list of medicines in one place. This way, it will become easier to request or order your medicines when you need them.


Repeat Prescriptions
Send us a request to order the medicines you need when you need them. Your local Evans pharmacy team will take care of the rest. They will print off your prescription request, send this to your surgery, collect your prescription when its ready and then dispense what is on the prescription. You will receive notifications direct to your phone when your medicines have been requested, and when the are received back to the pharmacy and when they will be ready for collection.

Online shop
Browse our online shop for key healthcare essentials. Add to your basket then when you are ready you can pay for the items via the app and they will be prepared for you to collect from the pharmacy or added to your medicine order so that it will be easy for you to pick up both when you visit to collect your prescription.

Q: Can I order prescriptions on behalf of my children or elderly parents?
A: Yes, this feature is available. Go to the Add a family member/ dependent tab and it should be self-explanatory to add a dependent.


Q: Will you work with my GP surgery?
A: Yes. All your prescription requests will be sent to and approved by your own GP surgery.


Q: If I already order my prescriptions directly with my GP, do I still need your app?
A: Yes, you can still order from your GP directly, though you may wish to try using the app or you may wish to purchase healthcare essentials via our online store and pop into the pharmacy to collect them.


Q: What if there is a query with my medicine order?
A: You will be notified of any queries and contacted by the pharmacy team.


Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: Evans pharmacy app has gone through a rigorous assurance process and is GDPR compliant.
