App Store Description

Learn how you can feel as fit, healthy and energetic as you did years ago. The Everyday Gladiators app takes you on a 12 week daily journey, where you follow along with and the exercises, nutritional and health behaviours that get you the most benefit in the least amount of time.

The app is supported by live weekly Q&As with Dr Finbar McGrady. He has built this programme to suit adults, specifically those who are out of shape and want to improve their health and fitness.

Fearures:
- Short daily tasks
- Short daily videos
- Strength programme
- Aerobic programme
- Nutrition Programme
- Stress Management Programme (meditations, breathing techniques etc)

Time commitment is around 10-15 minutes a day for the first 4 weeks. At that stage two weekly 30 minute exercise routines are added.
