Are you ready now? National Sweat Association’s watch app will help you lose 1% - 7.5% of your body weight in one day; usually achieved in 60 minutes or less. NSA will help you increase your sweat rate and lower your resting heart rate.

Exercise efficiency equals heat retention. Meaning the goal is to burn as many calories as possible and optimize your metabolism. At its core, it's heat training. Guess what happens when you start exercising in the heat or start wearing more layers of clothing.

• You end up sweating more salt and urea affecting inflammation and water retention level.
• You end up raising your body temperature.
• You end up burning more calories.
• You boost your metabolism when you raise your body temperature.

All these positive things happen when you capture all that heat your body has generated during your walking/running/exercise.

Also, your sweat rate is proportional to your metabolic rate (BMR:Basal Metabolic Rate or RMR: Resting Metabolic Rate; calories burned if you stayed in bed all day) and can amount to 3 to 4 liters (6-8 lbs) per hour or as much as 10 liters (20 lbs) per day.
