Exercise is a psychology-based program for everyone serious about reaching their fitness goals. At the end of the program, you won't be able to imagine a life without exercise.

Why did we create Exercise in the first place? Most of us who start a new workout routine at the gym or home don't stick with it. And there are good reasons for that! Even if we are highly motivated at first, after a few weeks or months, we only exercise infrequently or quit entirely. But we can only reach our fitness goals if we make exercise a permanent part of our lives.

So why don't we stick with our workouts – and is there a solution?

Exercising regularly is quite time-consuming (but less than many people think). Misconceptions and bad advice make it unnecessarily difficult for beginners. In particular, working out in the gym or with equipment can be strange and intimidating. However, with the right mindset and tools, it's surprisingly easy to stick with exercise – and even like it!

Our program consists of habit-forming app features and short daily lessons that help you get a new, positive perspective on exercise and a good understanding of it. Shifting your mindset with our lessons only requires a few minutes per day for a few weeks.
