Most workout services like Strava, Runkeeper and Endomondo, provides automatic synchronisation between their app and iPhone Health. This makes uploads easy, but it takes away your ability to select which workouts to upload and which service to upload which workout to.
If you are like us, you like to be in control of where and when your workout data is uploaded. Maybe you have a Cycling group in Strava and a Running group in Runkeeper? Why disturb the cycling group with running activities and wise versa? By using ExerSuite, this is simple!
ExerSuite allows for uploads to Strava by a simple click of a button. For other services you can export the workout as TCX and upload manually.
