Eyaali allows its members who ratify the agreement to order from sellers online.
Eyaali provides a way for you to communicate your orders to sellers displayed on this Application which shall be delivered to you from the seller.
The purpose of this application is to provide a simple and convenient service to consumers, linking them to sellers.
The application serves as an online marketplace for sellers of medical and beauty cosmetics, women clothes, children’s clothes, mother and baby requirements, baby carts, food and other consumable products and other different goods and products necessary for mothers and children in general. Eyaali is a commercial service showcasing sellers that offer and sell the aforementioned products.
Eyaali does not sell any products offered on the Application and is not a party to contracts concluded between Sellers and Buyers who are users of the Application or control in any manner any transaction between two users of the Application and cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction or accept the return of an item or provide any refund for the same. But what this online market offers to the users is only providing the ability to search for and find Sellers available on the Application.
