Wearing the patch can be very uncomfortable, so you can select which eye to virtual patch inside the application. 
Play with one eye, or both.
Your child will start accepting the virtual patch when vision improves in the weaker eye.

The camera is used for face-eye tracking, to track blinking so you can change player color.
