ezecache
What is it about?
The whole idea behind Ezecache (pronounced ‘easycash’) is to store things forever on the devices of its users (so long as the app isn't deleted from all devices). There are three kinds of folders where items (text, documents, photos, videos, audio etc.) can be stored: ‘public markers, ‘private markers’, and, ‘treasure’. The main difference is that public markers can be seen by everyone, treasure & private can only be seen by those who are authorized. Otherwise there is no difference between public markers, private markers and treasure.

Everything is organized around a map. There are no accounts (although devices can accrue points). When you start Ezecache you see a map centered on your current location.
On the other hand, user can store photos and videos anywhere and then see those items which are near them. Then they can communicate with those people who created those items. Obviously the user has control over this. They can block other devices they don't like and prevent their items from being seen by others.
