- Who is the target audience?
A: Target audience of the app are pharmacy staff members.
- How do users obtain an account?
A: They are invited by a Dermly admin. Dermly admin will add the user through our web-based admin system. The user gets an invite through email and then logs in to the app with a temporary password, and are forced upon first login to choose their own password. After that process, they have obtained an account.
- Is this app meant for internal distribution in your own company, in the company of one target client, or in multiple target clients’ companies?
A: The app is meant for distribution in the company of one target client.
- If this app is meant for internal distribution, will the app be accessible by both internal and external partners? Or will it be exclusive to in-house employees?
A: The app is exclusive to the target client employees, as they need to be invited to create an account.
- Why we need camera access?
A: Dermly offers teledermatoscopy through Sweden's largest pharmacy. The pharmacy staff will use an iphone with a mounted dermatoscopy to take pictures of the end-customers skin spots, and the app will send the pictures to Dermly's dermatologists for review. The app needs camera access to fulfill its purpose.
