Job Cards:
There are basically 2 types of job cards that can be created from our application namely Safety Valve and Isolation Valve, User on the field can add the Details, Condition, Spares and Consumables required to complete the repair process and simultaneously admin will get updates on the work happening. User on field can capture pictures of the valve spare parts required to get the work done and inform the same to their clients and admin team.
Activities:
Admin user creates a checklist and assign the activity that field executive needs to perform apart from his regular work and once the work is completed, on field user can update with confirmation and add pictures of work done if needed.
Claims:
Application users can raise claims for the expenses they incur during their field visit and ask for admin approval.
